Practice Ownership Consulting is proud to be hosting the fourth edition of the Dental Practice Owners Conference (DPOC 2025).

Following on from the successes that were the Dental Practice Owners Conferences in 2017, 2019 and 2023, we bring you another inspirational and stimulating 2-day program to be held at Australia’s premier function venue – the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex in Melbourne.

The concept of this conference was initially conceived after discussion with owners who found that many problems and challenges within their practices and lives could be solved by sharing ideas, experiences and advice with each other. There were over 1200 owners around Australia and New Zealand who attended in 2017, 2019 and 2023 and the feedback received following the conference was phenomenal with many owners implementing the ideas learnt on the following Monday.

The program for 2025 will showcase a variety of speakers presenting topics that not only concern the everyday lives of practice owners but also delve into topics outside of dentistry which impact owners. These will be relevant to dental specialists as well.

Aside from the excellent educational, personal and business development topics, the conference will also provide opportunities to interact and have fun with like-minded practice owners from all around the region. Many friends and contacts were made in 2017, 2019 and 2023 and we have allocated time to continue this networking opportunity in 2025. The event will conclude with a spectacular dinner and drinks function with gourmet food and drinks included.

There will also be a trade show with representatives from the major dental industry companies providing conference only offers, specials and there will be some exceptional deals! In 2023 many owners got some incredible bargains. We would encourage owners to hold out for this event before making any major purchases.
